Ken Fraser was born in Perth in 1938 and studied at Dundee Art College. He went into a career as a photo lithographer, Ferranti being one of the companies he worked with. in his spare time he took commissions for portrait paintings and has produced limited edition prints. He now works as a full-time calligrapher.
