General
These conditions set out the basis on which you, the customer, agree to enter into an electronic commerce on-line contract. They do not affect your statutory rights. A contract is formed between you and B Di Rollo Ltd when you receive confirmation of payment authorization and our acceptance of your order.

Any contract between us, whether for use of the site or in relation to the purchase of products or services through the site will be governed by Scottish laws and both parties, submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts. Acceptance of orders
We validate your order and credit or debit card details you submit to us before your order can be accepted. Subject to further validation checks we may choose to make, our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.

Delivery
Orders are normally shipped in 3-4 working days. Typical delivery times are:

UK - 2 to 3 working days
Europe - 5 to 7 working days
North America - 10 to 12 working days
Southern Hemisphere - 12 to 14 working days

If your work is clearly damaged when being delivered, please refuse to accept it from the courier and ask that it be returned. Please remember that some countries levy import duties and taxes on some goods so you might have to pay additional charges to the courier company before, during or after delivery. Any such charges are not included in our prices and are your responsibility to pay.

Returns
We offer a no-fuss returns policy. If you are not satisfied with your work for whatever reason, you may return it. Please email us at marc@scottishart.co.uk within working 7 days of receipt to notify us that you are returning the work. We cannot accept any returns which are not notified to us within this time. If you are not returning the work personally, it must be insured up to its full value. If you do not insure the work and it is damaged, destroyed or lost during return, you will be responsible for the full cost and will not receive a refund. Once the returned work has been received undamaged we will refund in full the purchase price. Delivery, return or insurance charges, where applicable, will not be refunded. Refunds will be made in sterling and so the amount credited to your credit card in your own currency may differ from the original charge. This is due to fluctuation in exchange rates and is beyond our control. We will not reimburse you for any exchange rate differences. If your work is clearly damaged when being delivered, please refuse to accept it from the courier and ask that it be returned.

Any communication with you with respect to this contract shall be by email to the address given by you when placing an order. Any communication with b Di Rollo Ltd shall be by email to marc@scottishart.co.uk unless otherwise specified.
