DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
Currently, Atholl Gallery only ships online orders to customers residing in the UK. We plan to expand our online shipping to the EU and internationally in the coming year. In the meantime, we may be able to accommodate orders for sending outside the UK. Please message the gallery on the website or call the gallery to discuss ordering options for sending outside the UK.

We offer a few options for orders within the UK:

Royal Mail: Most items are shipped using Royal Mail services. Shipments are typically delivered in 2-4 working days upon receipt of the order.

Special Art carriers: For special sized products, items over 20kg, high value items, and/or when delicate ceramics/glass is involved we utilise special art carriers. Shipping prices vary depending on the item size, value and weight. Customers should contact the gallery directly for processing the order. We ship out items that are in stock as soon as possible, usually the next day depending on the time of day the order is received.

Pick up from Store / Click & Collect: If you are a local customer or planning to be in town, you can simply pay for your goods online and then pick them up at our gallery in Dunkeld for ‘free’. Just select the ‘Pickup’ option when you purchase with us online.
Special accommodation for EU/International shipping:

Shipment prices (including tax, shipping rates and custom requirements/tariffs) vary by country and are determined on a case-by-case basis.
