  • When you place an order on the The Atholl Gallery website, which includes sending a payment, it is deemed binding.

  • Payments: When you shop online you can buy with confidence that your personal data will be treated securely. We operate a secure payment gateway and your payment details will never be stored, seen or shared. You can pay with any major credit card including Amex and Paypal.   • All prices shown are in UK Sterling; delivery costs are displayed on the ‘Check Out’ page. For specialised shipments, contact Atholl gallery for pricing and terms. Price of goods are inclusive of a VAT of 20%.

  • Out of stock items: While we strive to ensure the accuracy of our website, there may be some occasions when we are ‘out of stock’ of a particular item. They will normally be sent within 28 days and we will keep you updated with delivery. In some cases, we will have our suppliers and makers send direct to the customer to save time. We can also offer you an alternative (if possible) or give you a full refund of your purchase.

  • Damaged goods: We ask that customers inspect their goods as soon as they arrive. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us ‘immediately’, no later than 3 business days upon package arrival, so that we can arrange for a replacement. For insurance purposes, we also need to have photographic evidence of the damage to the product / the packaging and will also require the damaged goods and original packaging to be returned to us before we can ship a replacement to you.

  • Returns: While we hope that you are delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return the goods. Please email us to let us know, post the item back within 7 days of receipt to our gallery and we will gladly offer a credit note or gift voucher of the same value. Please note, we are not able to offer returns for earrings. Please wrap the items very securely in original packaging. We recommend customers use insured / registered delivery, keeping the postal receipt in case of any damage in transit.  We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Postage for returning items are incurred by the customer. 

  • Privacy: The Atholl Gallery will not disclose, to any third parties, your name, address, email address or telephone number unless we have your permission to do so.
